Avec ma super amie Babsi Zangerl qui a reprit l'escalade aprs trois mois de pause cause d'une hernie discale, on a dcouvert la vieille, belle et mythique falaise de Saint Lger. Les gros dvers du secteur de la Baleine et les voies bien rsi et bloc de Saint Lger nous ont mis un peu des doses dans nos petits bras au dbut...en plus il faisait tous les jours entre 25 et 28 degrs l'ombre, incroyable ! Posted By Nina Caprez the 2011-08-23 Depuis mon enchainement de Silbergeier debut juillet, il m'a fallu une grande pose. Mon corps tait completement puis aprs ce grand effort et il s'est mise en mode 'marmotte qui ne bouge plus'. Bon, j'ai fait une exception: l'open air de St. Galle...une bonne fte avec ma soeur, frre et mes amis et de la bonne musique, a passe toujours!;-) Just aprs j'ai fait un petit voyage en Canada pour changer le cadre du Rtikon.
