So my level of psyche has varied a lot! Of course I was keen, it’s Norway , it’ll be great, but hang on, the wads are going, and anyway I hate comps, maybe not for me!! But it’s on real rock and ...

What a week with Kingsmill Bread

Hi Guys Its been a little while since the last blog and that's due to the amazing week that's just gone. Our friends from Allied bakeries were back in the Alps with some big plans. Mark and Steve both climbed with us last year and now they brought their city trader big bonus mate Tim with them for extra clout. Alan Arnette Blogs For Outside!

Alan Arnette , whose Everest coverage I mentioned yesterday , has big plans for 2010. The mountaineer has turned his sights on the Seven Summits , and perhaps an even bigger goal, in raising $1 million for the Alzheimer's Association , a cause that is very near and dear to Alan's heart. As he prepares for the first of his Seven Summit climbs, Alan has also started blogging for Outside Online , offering up his first entry yesterday. In this initial post, Alan introduces himself to a new audience over at ...
