Some days in Norway

Image from Google Markus made a short movie about our trip to Norway. "..the Norwegian Rockmaster, some bouldering at the sea, our restdays and the first ascent of "Leck Crag" by Daniel. Unfortunately we had no video camera on "Hoca Hey"." Here and small: Or big on youtube

Two week's in Oliana, the performance résumé

Posted By Nina Caprez the 2011-04-09 Me and Cdric, we were climbing about two week's in the beautiful cliff of Oliana. It was our first travel with our home made 'climb-mobile'. This was a great feeling! (After some brake down's on the border..) The time to go climbing outside was perfect because during the day it was really warm (perfect for sunbathing) and in the afternoon when the rock was in the shassow, it was really freezy and a good frictions! After three month of cold we were also so happy to be

in need of a so called vacation

Posted By Said Belhaj the 2010-09-26 The perfect place to relax and vacation is a place where you can't do anything. For me it has always been at my grandparents in Kauhava, Finland. It's been like a second home since I was a kid and the endless fields, forests and lakes always always gives me a peace of mind. Although I had booked 2 weeks this time it seemed as if it was not long enough due to too many activities to call it a true vacation... only one hour from our house is the city of Vaasa with endless

the simple life

Image from Google Posted By Said Belhaj the 2010-04-29 So, what is really the simple life? Climbing in itself is sometimes really hard but to able to focus only on that it becomes sort of simple. The climb-eat-sleep life at least sounds pretty simple? Simple and hard doesn't need to be the same thing either... enough of this for now. I'm currently staying with my friends Dani and Andrea who just got a new house and land outside of LLeida (Catalunya, Spain). With so much land you will have to become a farmer -like it or not.

Cataluña

Image from Google I've been sport climbing here in Catalonia, Spain for over a week now and it's been really fun. The bad weather all over Europe made me change my plans and I decided to come here to hang out with the crew. Overall the weather has been pretty good here, but Margalef is still wet for the most part, so we've been climbing a lot in Oliana. Boira in Les Avillanes Oliana is an amazing cliff with very long hard routes. Most of the routes are between 8b and 9a+. For a boulderer like me, climbing in Oliana has been

the Caribbean Cruise tour -moving between extremes

Posted By Said Belhaj the 2010-01-25 La Habana -love at first sight... This years "exotic" trip went to Cuba and Mexico with Cuba being the first stop. First up was, of course, the mythical city of La Habana. This city and all the other places we visited in Cuba was unlike any other place I've been to so far: no comercials, nothing fancy, nothing new -no bullshit! Just old buildings, old cars, music and dance everywhere, you eat whatever there is still left on the meny. For someone like me, who is all ...

Five frozen days in Swiss: Adam in Ticino

I got word from Adam Ondra and Vojtĕch Vrzba . About his flash of Confessions, Adam says: "I had not thought at all I could flash. It looked so impossible and also when I saw Daniel Woods trying it last year it looked really hard. In every move while climbing I was surprised that I was still on the rock and suddenly I was in the upper and easy part. And I started to cheer." Vojtĕch tells us about the trip: Five Frozen Days in Swiss "Get my mind focused after such a merry-go-round last days. Our fingers

Image from Google Posted By Said Belhaj the 2009-08-31 at the TAB finals rockin' with Lafouche in l'Argentierre la Besse I'm finally back in my old elements! And some new one's aswell. The trip to France included 2 great gigs at the TAB festival ( www. toutabloc s.com) with Lafouche and the country and western group the Norberg Family. I then headed for Ceuse where restdays were reare. I've climbed for 3 weeks with 3 restdays and they involved music, flying and skydiving. Maybe you rest physically but the skydive took my
