It was quite wild with poor visibility during showers. Fresh snow drifing behind rocks on a rather icy Aonach Mor Plateau. From what we could see there was a fair bit of fresh being deposited on high Easterly aspects.

Winds in excess of 100 mph and plentiful rain forecast over the next couple of days. Maybe easing off at the weekend and a definite trend towards snow on the tops.

So we had a good easier grade rock climb with a good few grassy passages also. We were rewarded with a big snow drift on the plateau at the top of the route and a snow shower just to remind us winter hadn't
